This page describes the v1.0 equivalences. For the most recent version, please see http://resource.belframework.org/belframework/20131211/equivalence/

The BEL Framework includes the following equivalenced Namespaces.

Gene, RNA, and Protein Abundances

All Gene, RNA, and Protein abundances namespaces are equivalenced by rooting to Entrez Gene IDs. Primary Swiss-Prot Accession Numbers without Entrez Gene ID equivalences are equivalenced to Swiss-Prot Entry Names.
The human values for Entrez Gene IDs, Swiss-Prot Entry names, and Swiss-Prot Accession numbers are equivalenced with HGNC, HG U133 plus 2.0, HG U133 set, and HG U95Av2. Likewise, the mouse values for Entrez Gene IDs, Swiss-Prot Entry names, and Swiss-Prot Accession numbers are equivalenced with MGI, MG 430 2.0, MG 430A 2.0, MG 430 Set, and MG U74v2 Set; and the rat values are equivalenced with RGD, RG 230 2.0 and RG 230 Set.
